We want you to love your MANDRN piece as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only and must be initiated through our online portal.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original dust bag and box, ensuring all hangtags and protective hardware covers are still attached.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
